Last updated: 2026-05-18
These Terms govern your use of the atomira.eu website and any sign-up, contact, or feedback features it offers. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who runs this site
The site is operated by ATOMIRA TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (CIF B27662717), registered office at Calle Lepant 270, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. For any communication relating to these Terms, contact hello@atomira.eu.
2. What this site offers
atomira.eu is the marketing site for ATOMIRA TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. It describes our products, lets you join product waitlists or beta/alpha applications, and lets you send us contact messages or product feedback. The site is provided free of charge and does not currently sell any product or service directly.
3. Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- submit information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have permission to share;
- use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others;
- attempt to disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure (e.g. denial-of-service, brute-force, scraping at abusive rates);
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to administration areas, accounts, or data that is not yours;
- use the site for anything illegal under Spanish or EU law.
We may rate-limit, block, or remove submissions that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
4. Beta, alpha and early-access products
Some of the products listed on atomira.eu are early-access or pre-release. They may not be feature-complete, may change without notice, and may be discontinued. We do not guarantee availability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose for early-access products. Joining a waitlist or being accepted to a beta does not create any contract between you and us beyond what is set out in these Terms.
5. Content you submit
When you submit content to us — including contact-form messages, feedback, ideas, suggestions, and any URLs or profiles you provide — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving our products and services. We will not publish your name, email, or message publicly without your consent.
You confirm that any content you submit is yours to share, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not unlawful.
6. Our intellectual property
The atomira.eu site, including text, layout, code, logos, brand marks, and product names, is the property of ATOMIRA TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or build derivative works from these materials without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by applicable law.
7. Third-party links and products
Some pages link to external sites or third-party products that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external services. Following an external link is at your own risk.
8. No warranties
The site and its features are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or any product information it contains.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATOMIRA TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited under Spanish or EU consumer-protection law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be at this page, and the 'Last updated' date at the top will reflect when it changed. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of the site will be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring the dispute before another court.
